- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to get a report for a mutual pt. and the lady that answers the phone her name is KATHLEEN was so rude. We needed to the patient's report and she stated that she had faxed it 2x already but since we haven't received it we had to call and f/u. I asked if she can email it instead and straight up said 'NO' in a very rude way. I wonder how she deals with patients that are a little agitated if i was patient and nice to her but she was still rude.December 13, 2016by shishi cruz
