  I have been under the care of Dr. Karamanoukian for 7 years; from sclerotherapy (small/large spider veins), to scar minimization, laser hair removal (ALL body parts), and Botox. I have always experienced exceptional results/treatment from him and his team. So much so that I continue coming back and now travel from San Francisco for appointments. Being that I have both ethnic and sensitive skin, I am hyper vigilant in ensuring that only the best/experts treat it. This explains my undying loyalty, and dedication in traveling, to Kare Plastic Surgery. In return, the Kare team always goes above and beyond in fixing what ails me. So happy to be fuzz, vein, scar, and wrinkle free! :) PS- thankfully Dr. Karamanoukian is conservative in administering Botox and used only what I needed, which was 1/3rd the typical amount for a forehead . He puts the patients' needs/aesthetics first, as opposed to a one size fits all approach, or concern for up selling/a bottom line.

  I recently had an experience that would have been much more traumatic had it not been for Dr K. He provided incredible and caring attention to me and made sure I felt taken care of. I had an accident late on a Friday afternoon and had three jagged and nasty lacerations to my face, I was rushed to the emergency room where I had to wait for hours before a doctor could even look at my face. The emergency room doctor started to suture the wound but had to stop because a more serious patient needed his attention. I had Dr K paged from the ER and he responded, despite the late hour, calling me and asking me for photos. He assumed my care from the ER and told me to come into his office early the next morning before any of his other appointments. He made sure the wound was treated properly with the high level of professional care and attention I wouldn't have received anywhere else! Dr K will replace the ER as my first call for any kind of traumatic face injury in the future (hoping for none) or any other plastic surgery or skincare concerns I may have! He earned himself a lifelong devotee. I am forever grateful for the work he did!

  Dr. Raffy Karamanoukian is the best he is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated.Thank you so much for providing such wonderful service! The staff were very friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service.
