  I have seen some of the neurologists deemed top in the nation, but none come close to Segil. He is incredibly knowledgeable about neurology, including a rare neurological disease I have that few have even heard of, but he's also humble and willing to work with patients where they are. Because he is a doctor of osteopathy, he is more open minded than any MD I've seen. If he gives a suggestion I am not comfortable with, he listens and works with me to help within my current capacity. Beyond that, he is one of the kindest and most reassuring doctors I've had, not to mention funny. He doesn't use scare tactics that only add stress to a distressed patient, instead encouraging them. Excellent bedsides manner. He even visited me every day when I was in the hospital years ago for a non-neurological illness (my primary doc didn't come by once!). After years of poor medical care, it is such a treat to find a doc like Segil. Additionally, his receptionist is totally on the ball, incredibly sweet and a well-rounded addition to the office. Thank you both for years of wonderful treatment.
